Springs Wellness Center is proud to offer Televisits as a supplement to our regular office visits.
Telemedicine, in the form of virtual visits, is not a new concept in medical care. In fact, various forms of remote visits have been in use since the 1960’s. Today, due to rapidly advancing affordable technology, Televisits have become an important tool for healthcare providers allowing us to offer service to our patients when in person visits are not practical or possible.
What do you need to have a virtual visit with a provider?
- An iPhone, Android phone, Desktop or Laptop Computer (Mac or PC)
- Camera.
- Speaker.
- Microphone.
- Secure reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 2MBPS
- Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Or Safari 11 or newer. If you are not sure of your browser, you can download the latest version of Chrome here:
- A quiet and private location preferably close to your wireless modem to improve your signal.
The good news is most of us have everything on this list in the form of a smartphone, iPad or Android tablet, laptop computer, or in many cases, a desktop computer.
Test your Device and Internet connection by clicking the link below well before your scheduled appointment time to see if you will experience any issues. If your results indicate low quality, please call the office at 954-3366-3287 so we can make arrangements for another visit option.

Do you accept my insurance plan?
Most likely We accept most commercial, Medicaid managed care, medicare advantage, and exchange plans.
I don’t have my insurance card with me. Can I still come in?
Yes. If you have an ID photo, you can give us a copy of your insurance card later.
What if I don’t have insurance?
If you don’t have insurance coverage, don’t worry. You can still visit the Springs Wellness Center. We offer competitive and affordable self-pay rates. Cost per visit may vary depending on your needs and diagnosis. Once you’ve been evaluated by our medical team, we will let you know what costs you may incur and work with you in order to get the right treatment. Do I need an appointment?
You can choose to schedule an appointment or walk-in our office for consultations and certain services or treatments. However, some services do require that you request an appointment beforehand.
